Loranthus miraculosus var. melaleucae (Lehm. ex Miq.) Blakely, legitimate, scientific comb. nov. apni
Blakely, W.F. (15 December 1922), The Loranthaceae of Australia. Part iii. Proceedings of the Linnean Society of New South Wales 47(4): 392 [comb. nov.]
basionym: Loranthus melaleucae Lehm. ex Miq. legitimate
  • Comment: Blakely's intention was to publish this name as a new combination in Proc. Linn. Soc. New South Wales ser. 2, 48(2): 135 (1923), where he includes 'n.comb.' after the name and cites a basionym. However, the citation (with brief description) of the name in 1922 in his key to Loranthus, although without reference to the basionym, could be inferred as a presumed combination based on Art. 33.3.
