Listed in synonymy of Oeceoclades pulchra (Thouars) Cribb & M.A.Clem. by M.A.Clements, Austral. Orchid Res. 1: 99 (1989) and of Eulophia pulchra (Thouars) Lindl. by A.W.Dockrill, Austral. Indig. Orchids 2nd edn, 2: 820 (1994). Oeceoclades pulchra and Eulophia pulchra are now considered to have been misapplied to Oeceoclades pelorica (D.L.Jones & M.A.Clem.) D.L.Jones & M.A.Clem. in Australia.
