Australian Plant Name Index (APNI)
The Australian Plant Name Index (APNI) is a tool for the botanical community that deals with plant names and their usage in the scientific literature, whether as a current name or synonym. APNI does not recommend any particular taxonomy or nomenclature. Comment:Barlow (1966), (1971) attributes the combination to G.Don, Gen. Hist. 3 (1834) 491 but in the index (1966) p. 497, gives Mart. as the author. Combination also made by G.Don, Gen. Hist. Dichlamydeous Pl. 3 (Nov. 1834) 419.
