Putative hybrids between A. triquetra and A. microcarpa are known from Eyre Peninsula, SA (Maslin in Flora of Australia 11A: 587 (2001)). Putative hybrids are recorded between A. paradoxa and A. triquetra in SA (Whibley & Symon in Acacias of South Australia (1992); Maslin, 2001).
