Comment: Jackson cites "Cass. in Dict. Sci. Nat. lvi. 220" [i.e. A.H.G.Cassini, Dict. Sci. Nat. 2nd edn, 56: 220 (1828)]. However, while Cassini indicated that Cassinia aurea belonged to the genus Chromochiton or to Cassinia subg. Chromochiton he did not make the combination at specific rank.
