Comment: The collection number of the type specimens was erroneously given in the protologue as "R.W. Johnson 3369". This was due to a typographic error on the specimen labels; the correct number is R.W. Johnson 3869 (D.A.Halford, BRI, pers. comm., Oct. 2012).
