Comment: Dixon cites this name as "Ficus rubiginosa f. glabrescens (F.M.Bailey) D.J.Dixon stat. nov., Compr. Cat. Queensland Pl. 486 (1913)". While Dixon omits the name of the basionym, he provides a full and direct reference to its author and place of valid publication. This is here treated as a clear indication of the intended basionym under ICN Art. 41.5 (Melbourne Code, 2012) and the combination as validly made.
