APC Comment: The name "Schizacme montana (Hook.f. ex Benth.) Dunlop var. montana" was listed by B.J.Conn, Fl. Victoria 4: 308-309 (1999), but this autonym did not exist at the time because no names at varietal rank had been published under Schizacme montana. Conn's comment that "A second variety occurs in New Zealand" presumably refers to Mitrasacme montana var. helmsii Kirk. -
