APC Comment: Bentham cites "Croton rosmarinifolium A.Cunn. Herb." as a synonym of this taxon, but gives the specimen as "Montague and York Sounds, N.W. Coast, A. Cunningham". This is interpreted here as a taxonomic synonym. Cunningham’s Croton rosmarinifolius is a synonym of Bertya rosmarinifolia (A.Cunn.) Planch., a species confined to eastern Australia.
