Text: "Native to India, Myanmar (Burma) and Thailand, listed for Australia by F.Mueller (Fragm. 6: 234 (1868)) on the basis of a Dallachy specimen from Rockingham Bay. This specimen has not been seen but the record is almost certainly in error. The species is currently included in Decaneuropsis."
