Lectotype: "O. microdisca as here circumscribed is endemic to KI. Black's type material at AD comprises disparate elements; those from Ardrossan and Maitland, Yorke Peninsula, are referrable to O. floribunda. The portion of the collection from White Lagoon, Kangaroo Island, 23.i.1883, J.G.O.Tepper s.n. mounted on a sheet of Black's sketches and notes is here designated the lectotype [AD 98540128, R.M.Barker, pers. comm Aug. 2017]; the other sheet of this collection (AD 96307020) is an isolectotype."
