The Australian Plant Name Index (APNI) is a tool for the botanical community that deals with plant names and their usage in the scientific literature, whether as a current name or synonym. APNI does not recommend any particular taxonomy or nomenclature. Type:"... is a Tasmanian plant and was introduced by Mr. H.F. Comber, who found it near Port Arthur on the Tasman Peninsula. The plant here illustrated was raised from Comber's seed by the Hon. Mrs. E.F. Ryder of Durns, Beaulieu Hants., and flowered in June, 1935."
