Licmophoraceae
Licmophora johnwestii Lobban & Emm.S.Santos , legitimate scientific apni AAL Lobban, C.S. & Santos, E.M. (2022), Licmophora species (Bacillariophyta: Licmophorales) from Heron Island (Great Barrier Reef) and Melbourne, Australia, in comparison with similar species from Guam: evidence for endemicity in a marine diatom genus.   • Type: Holotype Specimen at 16.4 mm E and 7.6 mm S of mark on slide 2682, deposited at Queensland Museum, accession number QM G339773. (Fig. 11.)
  • Type locality: Type locality Epiphytic on Rhodomelaceae seaweed from mid-intertidal pool in front of the Anglers’ Club, Williamstown, Vic., Australia, 37°52′9.33″S, 144°53′41.38″E, sample MEL1, 24 Oct. 2018. C.S. Lobban and M. Schefter.
