Type locality: Holotype: University of Melbourne Herbarium (MELU, K7163- Figs 15, 16). .... Type Locality: Rottnest Island, Western Australia (Fig. 43 - lat. 31°58'S; long. 115°31'E). One specimen 3 cm tall by 5.5 cm wide from 12 m depth growing on Peyssonnelia sp. attached to an encrusting sponge on the limestone reef at Point Clune. Collected by John Huisman on 5 December 1980. -
