Comment: Decaisne 1841 Archives du Muséum d'Histoire Naturelle 2:148 did not make the combination M. serrulatum he simply flagged that this taxon should be in a new genus Myriodesma. In Decaisne 1842 Annales des Sciences Naturelles, Botanique 18:330, he changes the spelling of the proposed genus to Myriadenia. -
