Comment: This taxon is a southern, cold water taxon. Weber-van Bosse's (1913) account is based apon a specimen collected by H.A. Lorentz in 1907 at Thursday Island at the very northern tip of Cape York. This specimen needs to be reassessed and represents a misapplication of the name to as yet unknown taxon. -
