Comment: D. scutellata is considered a misapplied name in Silva et al 1996 Univ Calif Public Bot. 79:322 with respect to Trematocarpus flabellatus. Womersley 1994:320 indicates that this name is an heterotypic synonym in part of Trematocarpus affinis.
