Comment: Lectotype selected by Athanasiadis 1996:150, Abbott 1979 Phycologia 18(3):214 described the slides etc but technically did not lectotypify the name. Price & Scott 1992 The Turf Algal Flora of the Great Barrier Reef. Part 1 Rhodophyta indicate that A. antillarum may occur on Thursday Is. -
