Sapium aquifolium J.Sm., nom. inval., scientific primary reference apni
Smith, J. (1839), Proceedings of the Linnean Society of London 1(5): 41 [primary reference] BHL
  • Text: "it is a native of Moreton Bay, on the east coast of New Holland, where it was discovered by Mr. Allan Cunningham, who sent three plants of it to Kew in 1829."
  • Comment: nom. inval., as the name is not accepted by Smith. He indicates that the plant is the type of a new genus, Caelebogyne, but does not make a combination in that genus at specific rank.
