Comment: Mueller indicates his opinion that Diplopeltis stuartii may be placed in a new section of Diplopeltis or perhaps constitute a new genus, with the name Diplopholis. As Mueller does not provide a separate description or diagnosis for this taxon neither the sectional nor generic name is validly published under ICN Art. 38.1(a) and 38.11(b) (Shenzhen Code, 2018).
