APC Comment
Hybrids are known between D. revoluta var. revoluta and D. longifolia var. longifolia (Henderson, 1987). Ross & Walsh, Census Vasc. Pl. Victoria 15 (2003) suggested that Vic populations at least should be treated as D. laevis, distinct from D. longifolia s.str. which is based on Qld plants. This suggestion has not yet been taken up elsewhere.
