Hybrids between Senecio quadridentatus and Senecio hispidulus are recorded from Qld and NSW. Hybrids between Senecio quadridentatus and Senecio dolichocephalus, Senecio multicaulis subsp. multicaulis and Senecio runcinifolius are recorded by I.R.Thompson, Muelleria 19: 141, 154, 167 (2004). Probable hybrids between Senecio quadridentatus and Senecio tenuiflorus are recorded by N.G.Walsh & T.J.Entwisle, Fl. Victoria 4: 963 (1999).
