The voucher specimen associated with the phrase name "Comesperma sp. A Kimberley Flora (K.F.Kenneally 9242)" has since been re-identified as Comesperma secundum DC. This should not be confused with the specimen described and illustrated in Fl. Kimberley Reg. 639, fig. 197B (1992), which represents the taxon currently known as Comesperma sp. A Kimberley Flora (D.W.Rust 8) WA Herbarium [PERTH accession 01854593].
