Teucrium racemosum var. racemosum is recognised as a distinct taxon in Qld. Hybrids between Teucrium racemosum and Teucrium albicaule are recorded from Vic. and were named Teucrium racemosum var. polymorphum Tovey & Morris (see B.J.Conn in N.G.Walsh & T.J.Entwisle (eds), Fl. Vic. 4: 457 (1999)).
