  • Type: "At Moredun Creek, on the upper part of the Gwydir watershed, this new species is found growing on the quartz-porphyry formation on the edge of the Tingha tin-granite, at an elevation of 3,000 feet or more above sea-level. The Moredun Creek specimens constitute the type."
