Australian Plant Name Index (APNI)
The Australian Plant Name Index (APNI) is a tool for the botanical community that deals with plant names and their usage in the scientific literature, whether as a current name or synonym. APNI does not recommend any particular taxonomy or nomenclature. For a listing of currently accepted scientific names for the Australian vascular flora, please use the Australian Plant Census (APC) link above.
Comment:Mueller lists "Cyperus tegetiformis = C. Malaccensis ...". Since Cyperus tegetiformis Roxb. ex Arn. was previously accepted by Mueller on p. 125 of the Systematic Census (1882) but Cyperus malaccensis Lam. is the only species treated in Mueller's Second Systematic Census p. 211 (1889). Therefore C. malaccensis is here treated as being the accepted name in this Supplement with C. tegetiformis in synonymy.
