APC Comment: A Malesian taxon now referred to Dendrobium striaenopsis M.A.Clem. & D.L.Jones. Listed in synonymy of Dendrobium bigibbum by S.T.Blake, Proc. Roy. Soc. Queensland 74: 34 (1964) and Dendrobium bigibbum var. bigibbum by A.W.Dockrill, Austral. Indig. Orchids 1: 436 (1969), but not known to occur in Australia.
