Comment: Gandoger states "E typo variabili Comesperma ericinum DC. sequentes formas distingui possunt:" but makes the combination as a binomial. (see Article 34.2 (ICBN Art. 34.2 (2006)). D.J.McGillivray, Contr. New South Wales Natl Herb. 4 (1973) 335 accepts these names as formae, and this is followed here.
