  • APC Comment: Authorship of Vetiveria is often attributed to Bory, but Bory is not mentioned in the protologue. According to A.D.Chapman, Austral. Pl. Name Index 2958 (1991), "at the top of the article it says 'per M. Lemaire' but is signed 'H.C.' [H.Cassini] at the bottom". On this basis authorship here is attributed to Lem. ex Cass.
