Australian Plant Name Index (APNI)
The Australian Plant Name Index (APNI) is a tool for the botanical community that deals with plant names and their usage in the scientific literature, whether as a current name or synonym. APNI does not recommend any particular taxonomy or nomenclature. Gunn 894, 29.xii.1837 (lectotype, here designated, K [ex Hooker's herb.] [cibachrome MEL 2041263, photograph AD 99803340]; isolectotypes HO 4586, K [ex LINN] [cibachrome MEL 2041264], NSW 23861 [this specimen does not have Gunn as the collector but as the labels are written as thus '894/29.xii.1837 Rocky Cape' and '894 Boronia Rocky Cape' it can be assumed that they are collections made by Gunn]); Tasmania, R. G. Gunn s.n. (possible isolectotype TCD [ex herb. Hook., upper three specimens labeled A1; transparencies MEL 2068531, HO]).
