Text: "This name appears in R.A.Kerrigan & D.A.Albrecht (eds.) Checklist of NT Vascular Plant Species (2007) as a synonym of P. spiralis. This is based on a determinavit slip by B.C.Stone on a specimen sheet in DNA, subsequently changed to read "probably ... spiralis". Pandanus yulensis [sic] is a New Guinea species which does not occur in Australia."
