APC Comment: A name of uncertain application, but probably referable to Alkanna lutea Moris. A.J.Ewart, Fl. Victoria 971 (1931), states “… naturalized at Geelong in 1905, but it appears to have died out again.” Alkanna lutea is not known to occur in Australia.
