  • Type: south of Calyerup Rocks, 200 m south-west of old miners camp, 33°57'S, 119°05'E, Western Australia, 1 September 2002, N.K. McQuoid 575 (holo: PERTH; iso: ALB, CANB, PERTH).
  • APC Comment: Possibly a hybrid involving E. occidentalis × E. platypus (D.Nicolle, pers. comm.).
