Australian Plant Name Index (APNI)
The Australian Plant Name Index (APNI) is a tool for the botanical community that deals with plant names and their usage in the scientific literature, whether as a current name or synonym. APNI does not recommend any particular taxonomy or nomenclature. Comment:nom. illeg., nom. superfl. as the name Calandrinia pusilla Lindl., nom. illeg., had been replaced in 1879 by Claytonia pusilla F.Muell. The epithet pusillum was available in Parakeelya in 1999 and thus ought to have been adopted by Hershkovitz (ICN Art. 11.4 (Shenzhen Code, 2018)).
