  • APC Comment: Hybrids are known between C. dallachiana and C. peltata (as 'C. dimorpha') (Hill & Johnson, 1995). Hybrids/intergrades are recorded for Qld between C. leichhardtii and C. peltata ('C. dimorpha') (Hill & Johnson, 1995). Hybrids are known in Qld between C. peltata ('C. dimorpha') and C. tessellaris. Two subspecies were recognised in this taxon when it was in Eucalyptus, but the equivalent combinations do not exist in Corymbia. The taxon previously known as Eucalyptus peltata subsp. dimorpha is now considered to be based on intergrade material between C. leichhardtii and C. peltata (Euclid 2006).
