• Comment: Mueller lists "Schizaea Forsteri = S. dichotoma.". Schizaea forsteri Spreng. and Schizaea dichotoma (L.) Sm. were both previously accepted by Mueller on page 136 of the Systematic Census (1882) but S. dichotoma was the only one treated in Mueller's Second Systematic Census on p. 229 (1889). Therefore Schizaea dichotoma is here treated as being the accepted name in this Supplement with Schizaea forsteri in synonymy.
