Mueller lists "Atriplex exilifolium = A. prostratum.". Atriplex exilifolia F.Muell. (as exilifolium ) and Atriplex prostrata R.Br. (as prostratum ) are both accepted by Mueller on page 30 of the Systematic Census (1882) but A. prostrata was the only one treated in Mueller's Second Systematic Census on p. 50 (1889) (as prostratum ). Therefore Atriplex prostrata is here treated as being the accepted name in this Supplement with Atriplex exilifolia in synonymy.
