Mueller, F.J.H. von (13 May 1889), Systematic Census of Australian Plants Suppl. 4: 8 [secondary reference]
taxonomic synonym: Atriplex isatidea Moq. legitimate
  • Comment: Mueller lists "Atriplex isatideum = A. cinereum". Atriplex isatidea Moq. (as isatideum) and Atriplex cinerea Poir. (as cinereum) were both previously accepted by Mueller on page 29 of the Systematic Census (1882) but A. cinerea was the only one treated in Mueller's Second Systematic Census on p. 50 (1889). Therefore Atriplex cinerea is here treated as being the accepted name in this Supplement with Atriplex isatidea in synonymy.
