Text:"The type locality of Asplenium laserpitiifolium was interpreted by Tardieu-Blot and Ching (1936) as being Praslin Island in the Seychelles, but refers to Port Praslin, New Ireland."
Text:"Tardieu-Blot and Ching (1936, p. 142) cited the type of the name Asplenium laserpitiifolium as ‘le type de Port Praslin (Seychelles) se trouve au Muséum de Paris’. This is here treated as effective lectotypification by Tardieu-Blot and Ching, in accordance with ICN Art. 7.11 (Turland et al. 2018)."
