APNI does not recommend any particular taxonomy or nomenclature. Bot. 1(15): 227 (1850), states that Garuga javanica Blume belongs in the genus Jagera but does not definitely associate the genus name and species epithet as required under ICN Art. 35.2 (Shenzhen Code, 2018).
