Comment: Domin proposes two alternative names for a single taxon, Mariscus dietrichiae subsp. brevibracteatus (p. 436) and Cyperus brevibracteatus (p. 445). As this publication was effected prior to 1 January 1953 both alternative names are here accepted as validly published following ICN Art. 36.3 (Shenzhen Code, 2018).
