APC Comment: Hybrids are known between D. revoluta var. revoluta and D. longifolia var. grandis (Henderson, 1987). Ross & Walsh, Census Vasc. Pl. Victoria 15 (2003) suggested that this taxon, in Victoria at least, should be recognised as two distinct species, Dianella sp. aff. longifolia (Benambra) and Dianella sp. aff longifolia (Riverina). These taxa have not yet been taken up elsewhere. -
