  • Type: Western Australia: Dampier: March Fly Glen, c. 210 km NE Derby, Gibb River Rd, 385 m, S. Jacobs 9862, 2 May 2008. Holotype: NSW 835315. Isotypes: NSW 835318; PERTH; NASC; DNA.
  • Etymology: "The species is named after Luke Jaden Fussell, grandson of SWLJ."
  • Comment: Although the protologue lists the collection date of the type specimens as "2 May 2008" the correct date is 22 May 2008, as given on the specimen labels (Peter G. Wilson, NSW Herbarium, pers. comm., Sept. 2012).
