Australian Plant Name Index (APNI)
The Australian Plant Name Index (APNI) is a tool for the botanical community that deals with plant names and their usage in the scientific literature, whether as a current name or synonym. APNI does not recommend any particular taxonomy or nomenclature. Comment:No locality or specimens were cited by Rupp & White in their original publication. Their citation of a specimen from Mt Spurgeon in this subsequent paper is thus treated here as an effective lectotypification under ICN Art. 9.11 (Melbourne Code, 2012).
