Orchidaceae Juss.
Corybas diemenicus Rupp , nom. inval., nom. prov. scientific apni Rupp, H.M.R. (1928), Notes on Corysanthes and some species of Pterostylis and Caladenia. Proceedings of the Linnean Society of New South Wales 53(5): 551 [primary reference]
  • Comment: Rupp lists designations in Corybas Salisb. for seven Australian species, stating that these are "as they should appear if Salisbury's nomenclature is to prevail", but indicates his own preference to retain them in the genus Corysanthes R.Br. The three designations in Corybas which would otherwise be new combinations are thus here regarded as not being validly published, as they were merely proposed in anticipation of possible future acceptance (ICN Art. 36.1(a) (Shenzhen Code, 2018)).
